How to clean high strength galvanized bolts?
Generally, when high strength galvanized bolts are cutting and cold heading, there will be cooling oil on the outer surface of the fasteners, and there will be residual oil on the outer surface of the fasteners after quenching in the heat treatment oil, which will be attached on them. The residual oil of high strength galvanized bolts should be cleaned.
The simplest way is to use alkaline water for cleaning. We use direct heating or indirect heating by using cleaning tank. Alkali water cleaning method still has some defects, so in order to overcome some shortcomings of alkali water cleaning method and effectively improve the cleaning effect, we can use metal cleaning agent for cleaning.
We put the metal cleaning agent in the water temperature of 40-70 ℃, dilute it into 1-3% solution, then we soak the high-strength galvanized bolts in the solution for 15-20 minutes, rinse them with hot water, and finally we use the dehydrator to dehydrate them.
